Karnataka is a state in Southern India and has
Bangalore as its capital. It stretches from the north, from Belgaum to the
south, of Mangalore. It has various land features, that is in coastal region
you will find numerous coconut trees and beautiful beaches and in the interior
with mountains, valleys and farmlands. Karnataka is the sixth largest state in
India. Karnataka doesn't have a very long coastline, but has some of the most
beautiful beaches in India. Some of the popular beaches are Karwar, Gokarna,
Murudeshwar, Malpe, Ullal and Mangalore.
Bangalore: Once called the "Garden City of
India" and the "Pensioner's Paradise", these epithets no longer
apply to Bangalore, which is now a large, cosmopolitan city with diminishing
green spaces and a large working population. Bangalore is the major center of
India's IT industry, popularly known as the Silicon Valley of India.
Hampi: It is well worth the visit. The area is

Mysore: Mysore is the Karnataka's second biggest
city, situated in Southern India. It was the erstwhile capital of the Wodeyar
dynasty and is considered the cultural capital of the state. Mysore is cleanest
city in India and one of the most well-planned ones. The people of Mysore are
famous for their peaceful attitude and helpful nature.
Gokarna: It, is a very touristic small town
centered around temples with pilgrims coming throughout the year and tourists
-Indians, Russians and Europeans - coming from December to February for the
beaches. The name Gokarna, means cow's ear (go=cow karna=ear) in Sanskrit and
is based on Hindu mythology. The town is popular among Hindu pilgrims as
Gokarna has one of the few Shiva's holy temples with what is claimed to be
original image of the god (a lingam). It is also the home of several religious
celebrations, and some of them denote a good sense of dramaturgy. The most
famous is the colorful "Shivaratri" festival at the end of February.
Bandipur National Park: It is established in 1974
as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger, is a national park located in the south
Indian state of Karnataka. It was once a private hunting reserve for the
Maharaja of the Kingdom of Mysore but has now been upgraded to Bandipur Tiger
Reserve. Bandipur is known for its wildlife and has many types of biomes, but
dry deciduous forest is dominant.

Gumbaz – Bijapur: The
structure is composed of a cube, 47.5 metres (156 ft) on each side, capped by a
dome 44 m (144 ft) in external diameter. Eight intersecting arches created by
two rotated squares that create interlocking pendentives support the dome. At
each of the four corners of the cube, is a dome-capped octagonal tower seven
stories high with a staircase inside. The upper floor of each opens on to a
round gallery which surrounds the dome.
Coorg: It is one of the best location for nature
lovers. Tourists get mesmerized by vibrant view, woody inclines, undulating
countryside and curious towns of Coorg. There are unending mountain ranges

Falls, Gerosoppa
Falls or Joga Falls is the second highest plunge waterfall in India located
near Sagara taluk, Shimoga district in the state of Karnataka. It is a
segmented waterfall which, depending on rain and season, becomes a plunge
waterfall. The falls are a major tourist attraction and is ranked 11th in the
world by the waterfall database. They are also known as the Gersoppa Falls or
